I enjoyed the first episode of Black Lighting more than any other comic book-related show so far this season, and I hope it holds up as well the rest of the season.

The best part of the show?  You probably missed it: about fifteen seconds of Isaac Hayes getting ready to sing Walk On By (it’s from his best selling album, Hot Buttered Soul).
