Guitarist/vocalist Tom Johnson sang lead vocals for the Doobie Brothers from their start-up until the mid-seventies. His health problems then led the group to add a second lead vocalist; first, for concert appearances, and later for recordings, they added a former member of Steely Dan to the group.
You can probably name the new addition without much trouble, but can you also name his first single for the group? Hint: the song you want to name came three years -after- his first single for the band!
